Piano Repair & Replacement
Sometimes, specific repair and replacement of parts are required as part of maintenance for deterioration. Commonly, repair and replacement are done on action parts, keys, hammers and dampers. Of the thousands of different individual parts in the piano, most are materials of wood, felt, and metal. Wood can easily be cracked and distorted from various reasons, felt may be compressed and worn out, metal may be bent from wear, and glue in various joints of the structure may be dried out.
